Teodora Gogu

Teodora is a Senior Associate within Reff & Associates and specializes in Employment Law, with a strong focus on providing strategic legal consultancy to clients in various industries.

Since joining the Bucharest Bar in 2019, Teodora has gained significant experience in advising clients on a wide range of employment matters, including restructuring of activity, global mobility of employees and assessment of employment relations with foreign components, to determine the legal framework applicable and resulting implications.

She crafts tailored solutions for challenging employment issues under Romanian law, such as organizing complex working schedules, disciplinary investigation proceedings, advising on transfers of employees during mergers and acquisitions and individual and collective dismissal procedures. She also advises on day-to-day labour issues, from preparing and reviewing individual employment agreements to assisting with the development and implementation of internal regulations and other policies.

With a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Bucharest University and ongoing studies for a Master’s Degree in Technology Law at the same university, Teodora combines a solid academic foundation with practical expertise, in order to align creatively and efficiently with clients' objectives.
