Roxana Bratosin

Roxana is an experienced lawyer specialized in the financial services industry, including capital markets, banking-regulatory and insurance, being very focused on the national and EU legal and regulatory framework’s evolution in these areas (e.g., CRD/CRR, MiFID II, AIFMD, MAD/MAR, Solvency II, IDD, EU Securitisation Regulation). She has also been involved in several groups of experienced professionals working on the drafting of new Romanian legislation on capital market topics.

Roxana has gained very strong technical knowledge and practical experience in capital markets area, especially on the segment of asset management companies/investment funds, assisting several institutional clients activating in this sector, such as investment firms, investment funds, asset management companies, public companies.

Over the past years, she has worked as well on several sophisticated projects dealing with the most complex banking-regulatory matters and has assisted various professional clients from the banking sector, as national and international credit institutions, international private banks, non-banking financial institutions.

In the insurance sector, Roxana has developed very good technical and practical skills with respect to the insurance distribution activity’s regulatory framework and has assisted several clients involved in this business field, such as primary & secondary insurance intermediaries, both nationals and internationals.
