Mihaela Toma

Mihaela is a Senior Associate within Reff & Associates and serves clients in the employment practice, with a strong focus on providing strategic legal consultancy to clients in various industries.

With more than 10 years of experience, Mihaela has extensive legal expertise in the field of employment law. She has assisted clients in negotiating collective labor agreements and advised clients during labor law due diligence processes. Mihaela also provides tailored legal advice on day-to-day labour issues, from preparing and reviewing individual employment agreements to assisting with the development and implementation of internal regulations and other policies.

She also has extensive experience in Corporate / M&A and Commercial. She has advised numerous local and international clients on challenging projects in relation to general commercial matters and has been involved in several due diligence processes in the context of various M&A transactions.

Mihaela holds a Master’s Degree in Private Law from the Faculty of Law, University of Bucharest as well as a Master’s Degree in European and International Business Law from French-Romanian Law College of European Studies, Paris I Panthéon Sorbonne University. She also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from the Faculty of Law, University of Bucharest, as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in French and European Law from French-Romanian Law College of European Studies, Paris I Panthéon Sorbonne University.
