Maria Nitulescu

Maria is a Managing Associate with Reff & Associates and serves clients primarily in real estate and M&A practices.

With more than 11 years of professional experience, Maria grants mainly transaction assistance to both sell side and buy side clients in property acquisitions projects (share or asset deals), being specialized in coordination of large multidisciplinary due diligence processes on agri-business transactions, as well as on setting-up and development of factories and industrial facilities. Her experience includes the preparation of the contractual documentation, as well as the related due diligence activities, title check procedures, title and warranties insurance procedures, assistance on operational matters, such as regulatory, permitting or statutory compliance.

Additionally, her experience includes the assistance granted in view of leasing commercial or industrial premises, drafting and negotiating the contractual terms for both tenants and landlords.

Maria holds a Bachelor’s Degree in law and a LLM in Private Law from the University of Bucharest. She is a member of the Bucharest Bar since 2013.
