After 10 years of experience in advising a wide range of real estate investment, development, and asset management activities associated with the property industry for companies focused on various product markets, Larisa has joined the firm’s real estate practice.
Her experience ranges from drafting and negotiating construction contracts (including FIDIC agreements), lease and sale-purchase agreements to performing extensive due diligence analysis on the target properties and drafting the transaction documents, as well as ensuring the legal assistance regarding the day-to-day management of projects.
Larisa has a Bachelor’s degree in law from Babes-Bolyai University, Faculty of Law, Cluj-Napoca and a LL.M. in Criminal Law and Forensic Sciences – Babes-Bolyai University, Faculty of Law, Cluj-Napoca. She is a member of the Bucharest Bar since 2007.
