Larisa Popoviciu

Larisa is a Senior Managing Associate with Reff & Associates and serves clients primarily in real-estate practice.

With 18 years’ experience, she has provided legal assistance on a wide range of real estate investment, development, and asset management activities associated with the property industry for companies focused on various product markets such as agricultural, forestry, offices, residential and industrial properties.

She provides the full spectrum of sell-side and buy-side transaction assistance, from pre-transaction decision-making, to due diligence, structuring aspects and transaction execution to post-closing assistance.

Further, her experience ranges from drafting and negotiating construction contracts (including FIDIC agreements), lease and sale-purchase agreements to ensuring the day-to-day management of projects.

Larisa has a Bachelor’s degree in law from Babes-Bolyai University, Faculty of Law, Cluj-Napoca and a LL.M. in Criminal Law and Forensic Sciences – Babes-Bolyai University, Faculty of Law, Cluj-Napoca. She is a member of the Bucharest Bar since 2007.
