Gabriela is Senior Managing Associate within the employment practice within Reff & Associates and is an attorney-at-law with an experience of over 15 years.

Specializing in Employment law, Gabriela assisted in numerous complex employment matters such as transfer of employees in the context of transfer of undertakings, cross-border assignments, determining the law applicable to employment agreement with foreign component, claims for discrimination at the workplace, organizing the working schedule of employees, dismissal procedures, work through temporary work agents, as well as with respect to day-to-day employment issues such as execution of individual employment agreements, negotiations for mutual termination, non-compete clauses etc. She has also assisted a significant number of clients in labor law due diligence.

Gabriela is also specialized in Insolvency law. She has been involved in a significant number of projects with insolvency law implications, as well in insolvency law due diligence processes.
She assisted debtors facing insolvency and inquiring advice to stand against creditors, as well as debtors in financial difficulties seeking to restructure their activity. She has also given assistance to creditors within the insolvency procedure, either by day to day activity to ensure protection of their rights or by accompanying them both for the acquisition of assets within the procedure and for the acquisition of receivables for the purpose of obtaining ownership right over the assets.
