Fraga is a Managing Associate with Reff & Associates focusing on Corporate M&A and Public Procurement practices.
In the past 7years, Fraga has been involved in a series of mergers and acquisitions and diverse commercial assistance provided to a wide range of clients, transactions, throughout all stages of the transactional process, gaining insight in various industries such as machinery manufacturing, energy, and shipbuilding.
An important area of expertise is represented by the legal assistance provided to private entities with respect to the design and implementation of stock option plans, shared service centers, reorganizations, and assistance in the various commercial matters.
Fraga graduated from Babes-Bolyai University, Faculty of Law (Bachelor’s Degree), Babes-Bolyai University, Faculty of Economics and Finance (Bachelor’s Degree) and is a member of the Bucharest Bar since 2016.
