Elena Costescu

Elena is a Senior Associate at Reff & Associates, being part of the Corporate, Commercial and M&A team.
Throughout her years of practice as a qualified Romanian lawyer, she has gained extensive expertise in M&A transactions, commercial contracts, and corporate restructurings, with a background in financial services and capital markets regulatory matters. Elena has advised numerous domestic and international clients, ranging from multinationals to local entrepreneurs across various sectors, and regularly assists in navigating both complex corporate legal issues as well as day-to-day business concerns.
Elena holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law, a Master’s Degree in Financial, Banking and Insurance Law and is a member of the Bucharest Bar since 2020.
