Diana Ivan

Diana is a Senior Associate within Reff & Associates and serves clients primarily in Competition Law matters, focusing on anti-trust practices, merger control and foreign direct investment screening).

Diana gained experience in competition law by providing legal assistance during Competition Council investigations (from assisting clients during dawn raids to legal assistance and representation during hearings before the Plenum), during merger notification and foreign direct investment related projects, regarding compliance proceedings (such as trainings, compliance programs with competition rules for clients and/or their commercial partners), as well as regarding certain other issues arising in the competition sector (review and/ or drafting agreements, internal procedure etc.).

Diana is a seasoned lawyer and has significant experience in assisting clients acting in various fields such as e-commerce, energy, retail, food industry, agriculture industry, pharma, etc., on competition matters related to day-to-day business activities, competition investigations, economic concentration operations and/ or foreign direct investment clearance.

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law and a Master’s Degree in Business Law from the University of Bucharest and is a member of the Bucharest Bar since 2018.
