Diana Stan

Diana is a Managing Associate with Reff & Associates and has been part of the legal team for the last 9 years. She serves clients primarily in Real Estate and M&A practices.

With more than 11 years of professional experience, Diana provides legal assistance in all matters pertaining to the real estate field, being involved in various real estate transactions, starting from the initial structuring phase to the due diligence phase, followed by the preparation and negotiation of legal documentation regarding the acquisitions/sales and finalizing with the execution the contractual documentation as well as monitoring the post-closing/implementation conditions.

Diana has advised numerous local and international clients in a wide range of real estate projects involving factories, logistic / industrial facilities, retail projects, hotels, agricultural lands, etc.

Diana is part of the team which deals with the most complex and sophisticated urbanism matters and construction claims and litigations (FIDIC and non-FIDIC bases).

Diana holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Bucharest University and is a member of the Bucharest Bar since 2012.
