Bogdan Vlad

Bogdan is a Senior Associate in the Banking and Finance practice.

His background includes assisting banks and international financial institutions on cross-border project finance and leveraged finance transactions, syndicated or bilateral, in the CEE region, on debt restructurings and transfers, as well as on regulatory compliance matters in the banking and payment services industries. He has also seconded with a bank based in Austria, where he advised on its commercial real estate lending activities in Romania, Poland and Hungary. He regularly coordinates multi-jurisdictional legal teams.

Bogdan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Bucharest University and he is a member of the Bucharest Bar since 2017.
