Ana Galgoțiu-Săraru

Ana is a Senior Managing Associate in the Dispute Resolution department of Reff & Associates.

During her more than 11 years of experience in business law, Ana coordinated high profile cases in various types of disputes, including administrative, real-estate, corporate, tax, competition or intellectual property and she represented clients both in front of national and international courts of law and arbitration panels.

Ana has contributed in a decisive manner to the growth of the commercial and administrative disputes since joining Reff & Associates in 2019, especially the real estate and construction, competition and consumer protection projects.

Ana holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Bucharest University and she is a member of the Bucharest Bar since 2013.
