Adrian Radu

Adrian is a Senior Associate with Reff & Associates and has been part of the Corporate M&A team since 2023.

Adrian brings valuable experience from both multinational companies and domestic law firms, with a focus on Corporate, Commercial, M&A, and Dispute Resolution. He has expertise in preparing transaction related documents, including shareholders' agreements, share purchase agreements, and corporate governance documents. Adrian has assisted clients with share capital increases, company incorporation, and other corporate operations, including changes in managing bodies. His work includes drafting corporate documents, legal opinions, and memoranda, and he has supported projects involving mergers, acquisitions, spin-offs, reorganizations, and due diligence processes.

Adrian holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from the University of Bucharest and is a member of the Bucharest Bar since 2019.
